Leon Frazier Jr.
Founder/President
Husband, father, leader and mentor. I have been around basketball for over 30 years. I have played on every level (Recreation, Middle School, High School, College, and professionally (USA and Overseas). Being a military brat, I also have great experiences with different cultures in different environments. At the age of 17, I have found that I have an unique ability to reach kids and teens in a way that not only pushes them, but also brings out the best in them without making them feel less valuable.
Basketball is not my life, but it is a key to how I deal with life's obstacles. I have been head coach on the middle school level in Durham Public Schools for over 3 years. I have coached at the AAU level as head coach for NC Gators (16U AAU) Boys Basketball. Most recently, I was the assistant coach for the Wake Tech Community College women's team, where we finished the season with a 25-4 record and earned the top spot as the Region 10 2022 Regular Season Champions.
I find great joy in working with all kids but under resourced youth are who need quality mentorship the most. I love encouraging kids because every child has potential inside, it's just a matter of figuring out how to bring out the best in them while helping them cope with the worst.
